BJP boss Amit Shah's letter scrutinizing Chandrababu Naidu's decision to stop the NDA coalition has not run down well with Andhra Pradesh boss minister. Mr Shah assaulted the Telugu Desam Party boss at the beginning of today, asserting that most funds released by the central government as special improvement assistance remain unutilised. "Why are you spreading lies?" Mr Naidu shot back this evening.
"Amit Shah in his letter says focus gave numerous funds to the state, we couldn't use them. They're attempting to say Andhra Pradesh government is unfit. Our administration has great GDP, horticulture and numerous national awards. That is our capacity. Why are you spreading lies?" Mr Naidu said.
In his letter, Mr Shah had said the central government released Rs. 1,050 crore in the first three years of coming to control as special improvement assistance for seven in reverse districts of Andhra Pradesh. "Surprisingly, the state has spent just 12 for each penny of this sum and 88 for every penny remains unutilized," Mr Shah had composed.
Calling Mr Naidu's decision to break ties "awful and one-sided", the BJP boss had said it was "guided completely and solely by political considerations instead of improvement concerns".
"Amit Shah's letter is loaded with false data which shows their disposition. Indeed, even now focus is giving special benefits to North Eastern states. Had Andhra Pradesh been given the same hand holding, numerous industries would have gone to the state," Mr Naidu countered
The TDP, once the BJP's biggest partner in south, hauled out of the government not long ago.
Mr Naidu's gathering is also endeavoring to bring a no-certainty movement against the government in parliament, after most despised adversary Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress sent a notice.
